this is a great movie-idea, and a really clever thought, one that could be created in a small (or big) flash-series that would have endless potential!
''the forgotten ones'', the ''gear clocks'', ''the unfinished'', the ''incomplete''.
the list could go on, and this story could even tie nicely with the main CC-lore of the Void.
in short:
this is a very promising idea/concept, and as such, it should be used in a clever way.
it has lots of potential.
lastly, the use of russian/cyrrilic script was clever.
